Yes, I have returned.
Due to complications with the shipping company I used, the box my computer was in took the long route up to Bellevue. It took three goddamn months for them to get it to me. I guess it was never loaded on the truck with the rest of my stuff and HILARITY ENSUED! Whatever, I got a refund and at least my computer still works. So what have I been up to?
Not a whole lot. I've been doing a lot of sketching, I've finally quit smoking, I'm in the best shape of my life, and I still don't have a permanent job. Kind of, I just received an offer to be a salaried CAD operator at a civil engineering firm and honestly the prospect scares me because they are looking for someone who is going to make a full time career out of it, and I still have my wild oats to sow. Or something like that.
Then again, this could be just what I am looking for: something to keep me busy for a couple of years before I move on to what I really want to do for the rest of my life which is what I've been doing for as long as I can remember: Draw. Every day.
